Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a technique developed by American Psychologist Dr Roger Callahan in the 1980s.
TFT involves tapping lightly on the energy meridian points (similar to those used in acupuncture), in a precise sequence to significantly and often completely relief from emotional distress.

How many sessions will I require?
TFT is highly effective, and most treatments work immediately, for simple problems a single session of 45-90mins will be sufficient, possibly with a follow-up session some time later. For other more complex problem a few sessions may be required.
In either case, you will be provided with self-help instructions for use at home if you feel it is necessary and beneficial.
